At DCollar, your satisfaction is our priority. Here’s how our returns and refunds process works:

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items should be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
  • Certain products may not be eligible (e.g., personalized items, final sale items).

How to Request a Return

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders".
2. Select the order and click "Request Return".
3. Fill out the return form and submit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
