At DCollar, your satisfaction is our priority. Here’s how our returns and refunds process works:
1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders".
2. Select the order and click "Request Return".
3. Fill out the return form and submit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges are possible based on product availability. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
